The best way to get an initial sense of training at Flagship and why so many people love it is to stop by and take a free class. Classes include careful instruction on basic movements, a workout based on those movements, and a further explanation of how we think about fitness and our training methodologies and priorities.
Our Free Trial class is for potential new members (local athletes only).
The class is designed for both athletes who are new to functional fitness and athletes with cross training experience. This class is not required before starting the Fundamentals course, so if you know you want to give training at Flagship a try, email us to start a monthly membership including Fundamentals!

Our free intro class is suitable for all fitness levels. We know trying a new workout class or gym can be intimidating, so we’ve built our intro class to allow anyone to jump right in, regardless of fitness background and experience.
A one month membership including Fundamentals is the best way to really get an understanding of what being a part of Flagship and our training program is all about, but a free class provides a glimpse into the program.
